New York City will feel the remnants of Hurricane Noel this weekend, starting late Friday, November 2. High winds will blow into the city and be especially powerful between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 3. During this time, sustained wind speeds will be 30-35 mph, and gusts may reach 45-55 mph.The National Weather Service has also issued a Coastal Flood Advisory and High Surf Advisory for Saturday into Sunday morning.
